Steady…Steady…Drop!
I created this oil painting to depict aerial firefighting efforts of the men and women within the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and U.S. Forestry Service back in 2008 for the USAF Art Program. MAFFS (Modular Airborne FireFighting System ) C-130 crews are currently flying sorties assisting firefighting crews in California and beyond.
